What we host

TeleSearch hosts no explicit content. We show links, a display name, an avatar, country and city, and categories. If any of these infringes your rights, or a listing impersonates you, tell us.

Sending a notice

Message @telesearch_support on Telegram with a notice that includes all of the following:

Required elements of a DMCA notice

  • Your physical or electronic signature (your full name is enough).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (for example the original image).
  • The exact TeleSearch URL of the material (such as telesearch.ai/m/username).
  • Your contact details so we can reach you.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

Impersonation

If a listing uses your name, photos or identity without permission, send the listing URL and a way for us to verify that you are the person concerned. We remove confirmed impersonation listings.

Counter-notice

If your listing was removed and you believe this was a mistake, send us a counter-notice with: your signature, the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification, and your contact details. We may restore the material if the complainant does not take further action.

Repeat infringer policy

We close the listings and accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.

Good faith

Knowingly sending a false notice can carry legal liability. Please send accurate notices only.
